Prepaid service is not available to critical care or chronic condition residential customers as these terms are defined in §25.497 of the Electric Substantive Rules (relating to Critical Load Industrial Customers, Critical Load Public Safety Customers, Critical Care Residential Customers and Chronic Condition Residential Customers).
By checking this box, the following statements apply: I am agreeing to, or a person acting as my authorized agent is agreeing to contract with Young Energy LLC DBA Payless Power for electric services whereby the documents titled Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer are agreed to and understood. The rates are outlined in the document titled Electricity Facts Label. It is understood that this is a Pre-Paid product with a 12-month term and an early termination fee of $99 applies. It is understood that a copy of the Terms of Service shall be delivered via email, but a copy by US mail is available upon request. It is understood that a bill shall not be received at the end of each month and a Summary of Usage and Payment (SUP) can be requested if the SUP is not received each month on the first day of the month. It is understood that the continuation of electric service depends upon prepaying for service on a timely basis and if the balance falls below $0, then service may be disconnected with little notice. It is understood that some electric assistance agencies may not provide assistance to customers that use prepaid service. It is agreed that Young Energy DBA Payless Power is authorized to perform any and all necessary tasks to complete a move in order and establish new electric service.
